Raw Cacao Iced Espresso

Ingredients

  • 2 shots Allegro Organic Espresso in Medium Dark
  • 1 tbsp Organic Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Raw Organic Cacao Powder
  • 3/4 cup Organic Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 shots of organic espresso. My favorite is Allegro Coffee – Organic Espresso Sierra in Medium Dark.

  2. Add 1 Tablespoon organic chocolate syrup to hot espresso and stir. This adds sweetness!

  3. Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 a cup organic almond milk (or your milk of choice.)

  4. Put a few ice cubes in a shaker and add the chocolate espresso mix.

  5. Add 1 Tablespoon organic raw cacao to the shaker and shake vigorously.

  6. For a pretty presentation, swirl some organic chocolate syrup around a glass and add ice. 

  7. Pour the espresso mixture in the chocolate swirled glass and enjoy!
